§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The online store available at www.mimani.com.pl is operated by COSMOPRO SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Muszkieterów 15A/B, 02-273 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000988585, NIP 5273016066, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller".

3. These Regulations define the rules for using the Online Store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, deliveries, payments, complaints, and withdrawal from the contract.
4. The Customer is obliged to use the Store in accordance with applicable law and the provisions of these Regulations.

§ 2. DEFINITIONS

1. Store – online store operated at www.mimani.com.pl.
2. Seller – COSMOPRO Sp. z o.o.
3. Customer – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit with legal capacity making purchases in the Store.
4. Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
5. Product – a movable item offered for sale through the Store.
6. Order – a declaration of will by the Customer aiming to conclude a sales contract for the Product.

§ 3. CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE STORE

1. Using the Store requires a device with Internet access and an up-to-date web browser.
2. Product prices are given in Polish zlotys (PLN) and include VAT.
3. Information about Products placed on the Store's website constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of the Civil Code.

§ 4. PLACING ORDERS

1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the Store's website.
2. To place an order, the Customer:
   a) selects a Product,
   b) adds the Product to the cart,
   c) completes the order details,
   d) selects the delivery and payment method,
   e) confirms the order by clicking the "Order and pay" button.
3. After placing an order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming its acceptance.
4. The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order.

§ 5. PAYMENTS

1. The Customer may make payments using the methods available in the Store.
2. Order fulfillment begins after payment is credited or the order is confirmed in the case of cash on delivery, if such an option is available.
3. The Seller reserves the right to limit available payment methods for selected products or orders.

§ 6. DELIVERY

1. Delivery is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Poland and to other countries indicated by the Seller.
2. Delivery costs are indicated to the Customer during the order placement process.
3. The order fulfillment time is indicated next to the Product or during order placement.
4. The Seller is not responsible for delays resulting from the actions of carriers.

§ 7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should send an unambiguous statement to the e-mail address: support@mimani.com.pl.
3. The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement of withdrawal from the contract.
4. The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the Product, unless the Seller decides otherwise.
5. The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.

§ 8. COMPLAINTS

1. The Seller is liable to the Consumer for the Product's conformity with the contract in accordance with applicable law.
2. Complaints can be submitted:

• by e-mail to: support@mimani.com.pl,
• in writing to the Seller's registered office address.

3. A complaint should contain:

• Customer details,
• description of the problem,
• order number (if available).

4. The Seller will process the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.

§ 9. PERSONAL DATA

1. The administrator of personal data is COSMOPRO Sp. z o.o.
2. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy available on the Store's website.

§ 10. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. These Regulations are governed by Polish law.
2. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act, and other applicable legal provisions shall apply.
3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Regulations for important legal, organizational, or technical reasons.
4. These Regulations are effective from the date of their publication on www.mimani.com.pl.
