STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MIMANI ONLINE STORE REGULATIONS
§ 1
PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
The MIMANI online store, available at www.mimani.com.pl, is operated by COSMOPRO SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office at ul. Muszkieterów 15A/B, 02-273 Warsaw, entered into the National Court Register under KRS number 0000988585, NIP 5273016066, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller".
§ 2
DEFINITIONS
Consumer – a natural person concluding an agreement with the Seller within the Store, the subject of which is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Seller – COSMOPRO SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office at ul. Muszkieterów 15A/B, 02-273 Warsaw, entered into the National Court Register under KRS number 0000988585, NIP 5273016066.
Customer – any entity making purchases through the Store.
Entrepreneur – a natural person, legal person, and organizational unit without legal personality, to whom a separate statute grants legal capacity, conducting business activity in their own name, and who uses the Store.
Store – the online store operated by the Seller at the internet address www.mimani.com.pl.
Distance contract – a contract concluded with the Customer within an organized system for concluding distance contracts.
Regulations – these Store regulations.
Order – a declaration of will made by the Customer using the Order Form.
Account – the customer's account in the Store.
Registration form – a form available in the Store enabling the creation of an Account.
Order form – a form available in the Store enabling the placement of an Order.
Shopping cart – an element of the Store's software showing the Products selected by the Customer for purchase.
Product – a movable item/service available in the Store that is the subject of a Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.
Sales Agreement – a contract for the sale of a Product concluded or to be concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the online store.

The Customer can contact the Seller by phone during business hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
§ 4
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
To use the Store, including browsing the Store's assortment and placing orders for Products, the following are necessary:
- an end device with Internet access and a web browser,
- an active e-mail account,
- cookies enabled.
§ 5
GENERAL INFORMATION
To the broadest extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for any disruptions, including interruptions in the operation of the Store caused by force majeure, actions of third parties, or incompatibility of the Store with the Customer's technical infrastructure.
Browsing the Store's assortment does not require creating an Account.
Prices quoted in the Store are in Polish zlotys and are gross prices (including VAT).
The final amount to be paid by the Customer consists of the price for the Product and the delivery cost.
§ 6
CREATING AN ACCOUNT IN THE STORE
To create an Account in the Store, you must complete the Registration Form.
It is necessary to provide the following data: name and surname, contact details, e-mail address, postal code.
Creating an Account is free of charge.
Logging into the Account takes place by entering the login and password.
The Customer can delete the Account at any time by sending a request to support@mimani.com.pl.
§ 7
ORDERING RULES
To place an Order, you must:
- select a Product,
- click the "Add to cart" button,
- log in or continue without registration,
- fill in the recipient's details and delivery address,
- select the delivery method,
- select the payment method,
- click the "Order and pay" button.
§ 8
OFFERED DELIVERY AND PAYMENT METHODS
The Customer can use the following delivery methods:
- InPost courier shipment,
- InPost cash on delivery courier shipment,
- InPost parcel locker shipment,
- InPost cash on delivery parcel locker shipment,
- ORLEN Paczka.
The Customer can use the following payment methods:
- card payment,
- bank transfer payment,
- cash on delivery payment,
- deferred payments.
§ 9
EXECUTION OF THE SALES AGREEMENT
The Sales Agreement is concluded after the Customer places an Order.
After placing the Order, the Seller confirms its acceptance electronically.
The Product will be shipped within the period indicated for the Product or during the Order placement.
Delivery is carried out within the European Union.
§ 10
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT
The Consumer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
The declaration of withdrawal from the agreement should be sent to:
The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the agreement.
The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the product.
The right of withdrawal from the agreement does not apply in cases specified in the Consumer Rights Act.
§ 11
COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY
COSMOPRO SP. Z O.O. is liable to the Customer for the conformity of the goods with the agreement in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

§ 12
OUT-OF-COURT METHODS OF COMPLAINT RESOLUTION AND CLAIM PURSUIT
The Consumer may use out-of-court methods of complaint resolution in accordance with the information published by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

§ 13
PERSONAL DATA IN THE ONLINE STORE
The administrator of Customers' personal data is COSMOPRO SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office at ul. Muszkieterów 15A/B, 02-273 Warsaw.
Personal data is processed for the purpose of performing the Sales Agreement and in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website www.mimani.com.pl.
The Customer has the right to access and rectify their data.
§ 14
FINAL PROVISIONS
Agreements concluded through the online Store are concluded in Polish.
The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations for important legal, organizational, or technical reasons.
In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act, and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
The Regulations are effective from the date of their publication on the website www.mimani.com.pl.
